What are your qualifications?

Pup-e-cise llc has been providing professional dog walking and pet sitting services since 2009. Please see our About Us page for more info on walkers/sitters. We are insured through Pet Sitters Associates.

How do I know my pet is safe with you?

We are American Red Cross certified in First Aid for pets. Our staff is insured by Pet Sitters Associates.

What is your work ethic?

We wear a pup-e-cise llc uniform during working hours, maintain a strict “no cell phone usage” policy during working hours (excluding emergencies), take great pride in being punctual, reliable, honest, and highly dedicated, and we always treat our clients like they are our own.

What is your company’s mission?

Pup-e-cise llc focuses on professional care for our clients’ pets. Maintaining health and wellness with compassion, honesty and exceptional customer service to promote longevity and quality of life.

What is your philosophy on handling pets?

We value the opinion of the pet owner. I respect what is best for your pet with positive quality service.

What type of equipment do you use?

We feel most comfortable using what is normally used on your pet. If we feel it is not safe, we will discuss further options with the pet’s owner.

What treats do you feed my pets?

We do not offer treats to pets unless the client leaves them for us to give to them. If one of us does bring treats we will get authorization from client before giving to pet.

How many dogs do you walk at once?

We cater to the customer and only service pets that hire us at that time block.

Do you care for aggressive animals?

Upon initial consultation this would be discussed.

Do you have references?

Yes, both professional and personal references are available upon request.

What are your payment options?

Cash or check. Payments should be rendered before services.

What times are you available to care for my pet?

We accommodate requested times as best as we can. We do have a 2-hour time frame during busy hours.

What areas do you service?

Schenectady County and some areas of Saratoga County.

Do I need to sign a contract?

When you sign on to the new portal link you will be asked to initial a contract of services.

How do you store my house codes and keys?

We use PetSitClick software which is accessible by the client as well. All keys are kept on our possession at time of service. When not providing service, keys are locked at owner’s location.

Do you offer a personal consultation and, if so, is it free?

Yes! Before we take on any client, we set an appointment to meet with your family and pet(s), so we all feel comfortable before services are provided.

Do you have an emergency plan if something was to happen to my pet?

Yes, this is covered in the service agreement form which we will go over if questions.

How do I know when my pet is cared for?

Pup-e-cise llc uses PetSitClick which has GPS capability and emails a report as soon as we finish our service.

Who will be caring for my pet?

We will send confirmation of services once booked in Petsitclick, which specifies the employee. At times our schedules change and when you receive your report it will specify who is servicing your pet(s). At any time, you are welcome to request to meet any of our employees before entering your premises.
