I had a very short time frame to set something up, and Maribeth came ASAP. after deeming the boys well behaved enough for care, she walked me through how to use the system portal of booking and setting up information for each dog. it was, and is, so simple and easy! very user friendly system and beyond accommodating business owner.

Phil has been all of my dogs’ best bud for the past 6 months- no joke about it. each day I received an update on what toys they were into, how they braved the cold, what activity level they were at, etc. I also got some of the best action photos of my pups of all time. all 3 of my dogs are rescues, and all but 1 tend to shy from strangers- from day 1, they trusted Phil as one of their own. he is the BEST of the best!

I’m going to cut my review off here so I don’t sound like a rambling, crazy dog lady (too late for the latter) but- if you’re in the service area and need someone to care for your pet, pup-e-cise is the way to go. prepared, prompt, polite, and professional.

We left for vacation for a week, something that has always caused me stress - leaving him. However, every single day, Cindi sent a detailed and delightful update on her visit with him and included a photo. I cannot express enough how much stress this took off of my shoulders, knowing he was not just being fed but he was being cared for and loved. I found myself looking forward to the daily update.
She took time to sit and pet him and give him attention and my normally very shy Caesar took to her immediately. I could tell she established good rapport with him and genuinely seemed to enjoy caring for him. I cannot recommend these people enough and have not stopped talking about them to everyone I know. The prices were extremely reasonable and I can now plan future vacations without that nagging guilt and stress of leaving Caesar behind. Pup-e-Cise is a first class operation. We are totally at ease when Cindi takes care of our cats. She not only takes care of them but takes care of home... read more issues like mail and newspapers etc. Every day she sends an email after she leaves telling you how your pets are and even sends pictures. There is some kind of gps on the email showing when she was there. You can be totally at ease booking with them!

We love pup-e-cise! They are so friendly and have been amazing with our two dogs and one cat. We use their Home Alone service several times a year... read more while we're away on short trips. Our animals are much more comfortable being able to stay home instead of being boarded. We have pup-e-cise come twice a day to feed and play with them. They are very dependable and always send us an email update with pictures. They also do a GPS check-in when they're at our home so we know when they've been there. I just can't say enough about this company!
